Cant start any games on desura Thread

Hi,
I have tried multiple times to download games like The Stanley Parable mod and ERIE, but they wont work. They will download and say ready but when i try to open it, it says file is invalid or you are missing something from your computer. Any help?

The Stanley Parable is a mod so you can always install it manually if the Desura solution is not working. As for ERIE there should be no issues, we will need more information on what exactly Desura is telling you. The abridged error report does little to help.
