Artists / Graphic Designers! Thread

This is a project that has been in the works for some time, I have been making an indie game, called 'Scientists!'
It is a strategy, 3rd person, 2D game. Which is designed to be multiplayer, though singleplayer will be an option.
I am in need of a texture designer to make levels, characters, backgrounds, ect.
I am favoring steampunk style art, but if you can make something better, then I shall go with it.
I would like this to be a high resolution, but -once again- if you can make something more awesome using low res graphics I will go with it.
To begin with, I need, a character, who is a scientist (obviously). It must have:
1. walking frames.
2. still frames.
3. forward, backward left and right of the above.
4. a really awesome hair style.
5. PNG format.

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

This shall not be paid. However, on the off chance this game becomes successful, you will get a bit of pay.
