another dumb question Thread

how do u make a picture u get off google smaller i found 1 i like but it is just a little 2 big 2 be my avatar and i wanted 2 shrink it.

Go into paintshop or a similar picture editing program and resize it.

just go into Microsoft Paint select Stretch/Skew and then edit the height and widt the quality should stay the same/better unless you make it bigger be sure to save it as a .bmp too or you could lose alot of quality, you never know with MSPaint :/

Photoshop would be your best bet. If you don't have, just do as the others say and use Paint.
