I recently completed and released a large pack of 2D art assets for use in space games. Dl.dropboxusercontent.com Dl.dropboxusercontent.com Dl.dropboxusercontent.com It includes pretty much anything you could ever want: ships, backgrounds, planets, stars, asteroids, debris, turrets, nebulae, missiles, and tons of particle effects. You can purchase it on the Unity Asset Store here: Assetstore.unity3d.com (You can also get a preview of all the individual assets there) Your game doesn't technically need to be made in Unity--all the sprites are .png files, so you can easily transfer them into any game engine you want Alternatively, if you only want the backgrounds and background elements (Meaning just the backgrounds, planets, stars, nebulae, and asteroids), you can purchase a scaled down version of the kit here for 10$ less: Gamedevmarket.net (The version on GameDevMarket does NOT include any of the ships, missiles, turrets, or particle effects) Thanks for looking! --- Hey, just wanted to post an update: I created a new pack of 10 space backgrounds separate from the main kit, so if all you're interested in are the backgrounds, you don't have to purchase the full kit Edited by: Psiyon |
