Brief description:
This is a long term project (nearly 7 years of story and art development) that I am resurrecting as a side project to what I currently do. It's a story-heavy scifi tactics game, the goal is to create one episode and see what happens from there.
Target aim:
XBLIG/WP7/Steam, episodic
Compensation:

XNA, 2D
Talent needed:
2D artist/animator - must be able to do pixel art [characters, monsters, effects, environments] (early Final Fantasy/Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy Tactics, Ragnarok Online, and Farmville/Frontierville all acceptable styles for inspiration) and manga style art for stills for "cutscenes"
Prefer previous experience but a good portfolio will suffice.
I would like a maximum of 3 artists but will consider more depending on experience and portfolio.

I have folks under consideration for Audio and Programming. QA, community mgmt, biz/legal roles come later.
