Intermediate Mapping/Technical.

Hello all I'm Deltafall, and I'm gonna teach you a little scripting, The following tutorial is an original by me and unfortuanately " for some people" this has nothing to do with modding games.

Anyway...

Lets get started

Open RPG Maker XP and create/load a project.
Click on tools and then access the script editor.
Once it opens you'll find a very confusing looking amount of words and sentences.
Just go down do "scene_menu" and click on it.(DUH!!!)
You'll find in there alot of wording like this:

ruby code:

Here the magic begins

Ok scroll down to the following:

ruby code:
s5 = "Save"

and delete that line, then replace

ruby code:
s6 = "Eng Game"

with

ruby code:
s5 = "End Game"

and delete the "s6" from

ruby code:
@command_window = Window_Command.new(160, [s1, s2, s3, s4, s5, s6])

after that is done, scroll down to and delete:

ruby code:
when 4 # save

 # If saving is forbidden
en
   if $game_system.save_disabled
# Play buzzer SE
zzer SE
     $game_system.se_play($data_system.buzzer_se)
     re# Play decision SE
# Play decision SE
   $game_system.se_play($data_sy# Switch to save screen
 Switch to save screen

Then replace the

ruby code:
When 5 # End Game

with

ruby code:
When 4 # End Game

Now the script should look something like this"Sorry another long one":

ruby code:

  end
end

And there we go, all done, just save it and test your game.
The save button should have disappeared.
Enjoy and hope you use it well in the future.

I'm not sure if anyone else has done the save removal because I did this one myself.
