The Open source engine reimplementation of the game Morrowind.

Post news Report RSS OpenMW 0.33 Release Video

The team behind the open source reimplementation of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind engine is back with another release. We're closing in version 1.0 and have some exciting new additions. Particularly, OpenCS, our alternative to Bethesda's Construction Set, is becoming more functional. This should help ambitious modders much more freedom and efficiency.

Would this game work with already existing MW mods or will we have to develop new ones?

Many mods are already playable in the current versions of OpenMW. :) Any pure CS built mod should be 100% portable if not now then by the 1.0 release.
