New Features:
Selection and Production Tooltips no longer show "It's super effective" or "ok" but instead show the % values how effective a units is vs. a specific armor type
Selection and Production Tooltips now show the HP of a unit in brackets after the armor type
Scrin Corrupter now comes with an upgrade of PDL/Reflector after Range/Area (Reaper have too many upgrades now, Reapers will lose some in the future to balance this).
Darkener Tank is noch Channeler Tank and has upgrades for PDL/Reflector.

Balancing:
- Scrin is now much stronger, because of the bugs fixed and the new features. However Scrin is not finished yet, the separation of playstyles for the sub-factions has a big impact and this will need much more balancing.
Bug fixes:
- Scrin shields did not work, this made heavy scrin airships much worse than in the past, now they should be back to the old strength and shields should work.
- Fixed palettes which did not have proper alpha transparency and flickering effects. Especially Reflector Armor hits were bugged.
