XTC manual V1.0.4 file

Evening all,

To try and help reduce the amount of questions while we are doing the final polishing to the mod, we have decided to release the manual early so you can all see what is going to be available for use.

Just to warn those who want everything to be fresh when they start the mod, reading the manual will give you some huge spoilers. So don't complain about it as you have been warned. ^^
