XChara's R@ge V0.1B file

This version adds in the RPG, AA 12, Heavy Cannon (Doom Eternal) and AK 50. Plansa for V0.2 is to add in headshot ACS and eventually, ledgegrab and dash ACS. Yet to fix the Double Jump ACS.
