The second Beta release of Wonderful Life is here, v2.0. If you are into artful game experiments then grab the download and try it out! All functionality is in it, however, it is still a Beta version meaning it could need polishing in many ways but it will be playable as designed. Our (perhaps redundant) disclaimer: Do mind that this Mod is a small art experiment, developed both at school and in our spare time, not intended to be shiny or to your liking. Hence, it is intended to be a small step towards more artistic games which encourage the player to consider what the game is trying to convey.
Notice, end of project, on to the next.
This is the final release of Wonderful Life. The project originally ended in September 2009 (Graduation), but it wasn't untill December that it (the first Beta) was published here on Moddb.com. It was built using UT3 with patch 1.3 installed and not a lot of people were able to play the mod. Since then little time was available, so it took quite some time before we were able to get the MOD running on the latest version of Unreal, Unreal Tournament 3 Black, version 2.1. Finally, here it is.
Unfortunately this release marks the end of the project.
It is time to use all experience and knowledge that Wonderful Life brought me and focus on other projects now. The night is young and I've only just started on my journey to create game projects that experiment with the endless possibilities of interactive technology. I will be constantly aiming for more depth, maturity and thought provoking interactive experiences, for it is my duty to prove that games can be so much more then what they are right now.
Thank you so much; Marcin, Martijn, Sander, Dax, Frank and Than for making this project possible.
For future projects, keep your eyes on Moddb.com or check out: www.thomaspapa.net

Nice to see that you made it.
Next step is to get it all into the UDK?
Unfortunately no UDK for me. If you press the "read more" link there at the description, you can read about the future of this project. Thanks for your support guys.
"Lesen bildet"...That's how we would say it in german. In English you could translate it like this: Read and you will be clever.
Sorr that I didn't read the full text.
Best wishes for your futur/journey. :P
You release something with no screenshot's , how do you expect me to make a decision to download it?
Surely you could read the description and check out the w.i.p. images of the game and go from there, but hey, I'll post some screens later this week. :)
