WARCEDIT file

1) Copy GRID.VBX, COMMDLG.DLL, and CMDIALOG.VBX to your Windows/System directory
   (Example c:\windows\system).

2) Copy the WE.EXE file to whatever directory you wish (probably your Warcraft
   directory)

3) Run WE.EXE from the Windows program manager or from the Windows File Manger.

** VBRUN300.DLL must be in your Windows/System Directory.
