This patch fixes a problem when installation program halted with error code 5 for some users. Unpack the downloaded archive with overwriting the existing installation file "VTMB_A.I._HD_Textures.exe".

Could you take a look at the door number textures in the first apartment building and the Sin Bin, they're scaled wrong and illegible, I had to delete them.

Hey there, I'm trying to install the mod, but I'm getting stuck at the install screen with the message that the textures may be corrupted... not sure what I did wrong, downloaded both 2.1 archives, extracted them together (no crc error), added the .exe and .txt file from the latest 2.2 update and started the installer. I'm trying to install it on top of the unofficial patch 10.7 RC2.
I made a screenshot of folder size and file number, maybe someone can tell me if the archives are really corrupted, because downloading them again with my bad internet connection is not an option right now x(

Some excess files and folders are in "HD Textures" folder. Do not copy any files into this folder. Just unpack the archive and run the installer that's all.

I installed the 2.2 patch but I am still getting error code 5.
you actually have to replace the installer exe from the 2.1 folder with the one from the 2.2 folder. So in the 2.1 folder, you have the fixcrashonloading folder, the HDtextures folder, the readme, and the installer exe. just move the installer exe from the 2.2 folder to the 2.1 folder and overwrite that installer
I also have same problem as johnlasheras. I do it correctly like you said, but I still get error code 5.
one quick question : is there any specific ORDER to follow , when you install :
- VTMB A.I. HD Textures
- Art Texture Pack
- Unofficial Patch 10.7 ??
is it compatible with unnofficial patch 10.7?
I've been getting error code 8, I've re-downloaded it and tried both the 2.2 version and the 2.1 version. Anyone else having this issue?

What directory do I install this mod in? I keep getting an error saying HD Texture folder is not there or files are corrupt. I tried several times and same error. I am assuming that we install into the Unofficial Patch folder correct? Not the main directory or Vampire folder? I am using Steam so I am not sure if that changes anything. Thanks for any help.
Ok I spent far too long trying to install this. What I did was download part 1 and 2 of 2.1 and unpacked them in the same folder as lose files. I added the files from the less nudity folder and over wrote when asked. I then used the 2.2 installer to install into my Unofficial Patch folder in the game directory and this error is all I get no matter what I do. I also tried using the 2.2 files with 2.2 installer and same message. If anyone can make a video or clear walkthrough that would be nice. Thank you.

This is just the most gb fake mod, made by some incompetent in grafichs. Textures here are not HD. They have been just resized. Go to learn in some serious tutorial (and I doubt you 'll understand it) before posting this s...
