Victoria II: Kaiserreich - V0.41 BETA [OBSOLETE] file

Well, there has been a lot of downloads today so I've felt a sudden urgency to deal with bugs that I should have sacked before!

So, here is Victoria II: Kaiserreich Version 0.41

This is NOT patch, it is a full version and must replace 0.4, I'm afraid. The good news is I optimised the mod a lot, so this version is 80 Mb smaller than 0.4 - so your download should be quicker, and the game should run quicker while you're playing it.
