Tns 2.3.1 Hotfix file

after release the team found multiple issues that should've been dealt with already so im releasing these files that can just be dropped inside the struggle folder and replace everything that has an issue, its only 2 folders since having to download the mod again would be annoying so anyone that wants to fix some issues with the mod can just download this and plock it on the mod file sorry for the inconveniences. NOTE : there may be a Rumelia file inside history/diplomacy if youve already downloaded tns, this file is outdated and you SHOULD delete it.
