Added Soviet Saboteur and Soviet Stealth Bomber (sounds also have been included).
The Soviet Saboteur costs 1000 and his secondary ability is Toxic Tank Detonation (suicide).The Soviet Stealth Bomber costs 2000 and it's secondary ability is paradrop (up to 5 infantry units). The Soviet Bomber had way less health then the Allied Heavy Bomber, but it can only be detected by stealth-detector units.
My UI seems glitched; the command bar is missing, and the background for constrct options is oversized.

On what monitor do you use that res ?
You should use wide res (keep correct aspect ration) for a wide monitor.
The UI should work fine. Do you have other mods enabled/added by any skuDef ?
And what resolution are you using ?
Resolution: 1152 x 864
The only skudef in the RedStar mod folder I have is RedStar_1.0.skudef
OK...I've checked some things out. That's a 4:3 res but it's not an officially supported resolution by any known game engines. Why not use 1200x900 or 1024*768 ?
Used 1024*768 in RA3, then rebooted to RedStar, still have the prob.
I have Vista x64 edition, if that explains.
Strange; what video card do you have ?
For me it's working fine in VX64.
