This update focuses vastly on Africa altough it fixes and changes many things around the world as well, as usual down there in the description is a rundown of all the things we've worked on:
-Pseudo overhaul of africa mostly focusing on south africa
- added flavor for the starting 4 boer nations: Serkland, Midgard(mostly a placeholder since a better name didnt arise) who starts as a colony named Nye Heima, New Amsteldam and New Lotharingia
-2 diferent types of boers with Serkland and Midgard being of Norse origin while new lotharingia and amsteldam being of frankish origin
-3 new cultures in south africa for the boers these being: the Pauperes for the frankish boers, the Serklanders for the peoples of Serkland and the Midgardians((again this name may change) for Nye Heima/ Midgard
-the boers have a great formable which cores all of their territories along with the native africans around them and is also able to core madagascar and depending on wich boer forms it will have different accepted cultures
-added flavor for ethiopia to core the horn of africa and the sudan
-added flavor for the west african empires to annex their puppets
-added a lot of flavor to the kongo involving the rebellion of its substates and coring of it it also can core the east coast of africa up to kenya and above moçambique(moçambique doesnt exist here its just in reference to the real world) along with accepting 3 more cultures of its substates
-added cores around in north america for the 3 current nations on the east coast to allow for more easy VIOLENCE amongst them along with fixes to the flavor and bugs found
-fixed wars of Toledu with Nova Toledu and Africa
-changed tag of anatolia from anatolia to Kachuskaya who will receive a major update later on
-fixed issues with the ruthenians regarding its formation and what not
-added decisions to claim siberia for formed ruthenia
-fixed issues with the form slavia decision
-fixed missing parts of the western roman empire forming decisions
-Localized many decisions with missing localization
-multiple nations who were considered nonsensical to have removed
-fixed colonial provinces issues around africa
-mexican majority culture provinces leftover in avalon and new batavia turned into majority avalonian or batavian
-added proper names for many armies around the world
-added armies for the boers and many other african and middle eastern nations
-fixed issues with the annexation of African substates
-fixed issues with byzantine culture acquisition
-added soldier pops for ruthenia, north america, south america and south africa
-added starting cores to the british isles for scandinavia
-added decision to remove scandinavian cores from the british isles by kicking scandi out of their controlled starting states as Prydain
-added decision to forcefully annex brittany as frankia and core it
