It's usually posted in the article that accompanies new patches but we didn't do an article for the last release. The changelog is also in the game files (Dawn of War Soulstorm\The_Crucible_Mod_v2\Development_Files\Patch Notes)
I can start putting them in the download page though.

The only thing missing is the "Auto replenishment of detachments", but probably this addon was removed for a reason...
