Ger / Rus 1942 Mission without flags and a story with 6 chapters. Officer Max Schultz must survive and conquer all tasks (Airfield, outskirts, train station, grain depot, factory) until the forces reaches the beach of Wolga and survive the battle.

thanks for testing - unfortunatly the quant crashes apears when I start to script on top...seems that GEM(32) can only adress under 2GB ram.
hi. it crashes and says the spawn is error. everytime the tanks and sdks arrive it does it:( do i have to turn off other mods? got terminator mod on is that comp?

some additional mods work (like GSM12) some don't - you have to try. Most invisible attacks should be removed in test version no. 3
on third. the 88 has some "invinsible" ammo.. when firing it crash saying invalid ammo: wierd:(
all 88 ammo worked fine for me. GSM have additional ammo types which can cause trouble
aha do one need gsm for this? i can make it to the town but it crashes random now. wierd. shall i turn off all the other mods?
no you need no other mod - but as long gsm12 works it fits well to it. Have to redesign the chapters after the airport and outskirts and end the last chapters at all. Thanks for testing.
Finished the first part Taking the Airfield....very good, great scale and you need to manage your resources carefully. Took a long time to complete and now the map reveals an expanse of Red for the second part, looks like its going to be a long haul....excellent so far, had no crashes until an exception error at the start of the second part but restarting fixed that. Will report back on the second phase of the op
find some issues in the waves and some in the task scripting esspecially in the second part. Have to change it and try to reload next week.
I don't know is it mentioned elsewhere, but here are some observations and bugs I found for a couple of hours playing this great mod:
- the soldiers at AT gun (PAC 36) are invisible after reload.
- it seems that AT gun doesn't spend its AT ammo (stays at 50 rounds). HE is used properly.
- bodies are disappearing too fast. It's probably a design decision, but it's too fast imo. I like to loot for grenades etc. It there a file or what's called to adjust that?
- it seems heavy MG gun doesn't spend ammo also.
- I haven't found use of medics. All soldiers die instantly.
That's all for now. Again, like the mod a lot. I wouldn't mind if it is harder. Thanks Feldpost.
you are right, the hidden tag of the PAC 36 was wrong.
Medics using will be activate in the next update.
You can change disappearing rate in this file:
\mods\Feldpost Stalingrab\resource\set\entitymanager.set
The spending of ammo and fuel do only work if the entities have been players not AI - maybe some are wrong...
Ah thanks. I'm still at early stage of the mission. Another thing: I tried to brake the fence of the airfield with the motorcycle and the game CTD. Also, just got an error:

Ah yes. Just remembered. At the start, those tho supply trucks are starting with value -50 in amount of ammo they could automatically resupply. Don't know is it the way it should be...
I do not like the new eternal supply system for this mission. Removed all the trucks. Ammo will appear in 251 without the auto supply function after taking the airfield.
some changes have been made in Test Version no.3 - If you want it harder try together with GSM12 and activate fog of war.
In the moment there are no special events or scriptings for russian snipers included - this tasks I will added if all the chapters itselfs are running and the next 1000 waypoints are included.

Previous version was crashing the game with quant errors, Hopefully this version is more stable ??
Played for 15mins and quant error happened..
There is a russian 61k aa gun attacking my units from another map clip..
( Left of start position ) unit may have to be set to hidden until that zone / clip is activated by script )
Also a few player units are still set AI ( the medics and a halftrack )
I was able to play for longer and crash only happened when the 61k rounds from the other clip hit my pz3...
medic and some halftracks checked and changed - thanks for your help!
uploaded a new version - chrashs seems to be reduced - even a test with the added mod GSM12 causes no crashes in the intro. Most of the "hidden" units of the chapters has removed and will only appear if the player reaches the next chapter. A sample script to board the canons is included and will be copied to the next chapters soon. Thanks to Mopar for so many suggestions, DJ Satane for the version hint and all other players who helps with comments and tests.

good to hear - no crashed for me too in chapter 1. Now I redesign the rest and fill all chapters with more content. Guess this will take some time...

The airport is impossible to take, respaw until I finished the ammo...
No problem found - you have to kill all officers in each little and behind the main "tower". No endless respawn in the game...
Feldpost, not sure if you still check comments but this is probably the best mission so far for AS2. Would you release it on Steam because I am sure a lot more players would find this excellent but may not know about this Mod
