V1.1 updates:

• Added some sounds unique to the Mac version, such as enemies pain sound
• Update SNES/Mac pick-up sprites
• Use palettes for blood colored, instead of extra sprites. This will make it easier to add support to the SoD mission packs.
• Update code for projectiles firing position
• Experimental bullet trail code (disabled by default)
• Fix a bug with pushwalls sometimes not working. This forced the player to try many times, and if it did not work, it would play the locked door sounds.
• Fix a glitch which the bottom-right pixels of the view screen was not rendered at some resolutions
• Add a distance limit to door lights (8 tiles), so one lamp won't lit up an extremely large area
• Misc updates
