Event Name: Event F-1923
Location: Site 19 (All sectors)

8 AM: Many Areas in and around the Site began experiencing a dimensional shift and several reality-breaking phenomena. The first event was the walls, floors and some personnel began to display a negative color scheme. Later, the sliding doors around the Site began to display an emoji instead of the main foundation symbol.
9 AM: Sounds across the Site began being replaced by sounds that would be considered humorous by humans with a strong mental instability and humans under the age of 12. "Meme" Music began to play in all areas of the Site. When any human began to pick up a document, they would vocalize the phrase "What the **** is this?".
10 AM: Around this time: Dr. Maynard traveled to SCP-079's chamber and connected it to the Site's main door control system. Agent Skinner also breached SCP-106. It is to be noticed that these personnel had gone rogue and there was no instruction to do these acts.
11 AM: The Site began to experience multiple containment Breaches. Many SCP's such as SCP-173 began to change texture, shape, and other factors. For example, SCP-173 turned into a Teletubby. SCP-106 changed sexuality.

12 AM: The "Funny" Incident. This time is the longest of the event and consists of the beginning and middle of the Breach. Reinforcements were deployed to contain all threats in the Site.
All information regarding this time in the event is available to 4/S19 and Level 5 Clearance.
1 PM: Via Scranton Reality anchors and help from SCP 343, the containment breach was ended and the Site began to shift back to it's original state. All SCPS, Documents, and walls were shifted back to their original form.
Turns out SCP 343 was the cause for the event. He just wanted a laugh.
