This is Road To The North + all patches including V13.8.2. You need nothing else to get started. The zip file contains a link and a mirror (Google Drive) to where the game files are hosted (14GB). Alternatively you can download RTTN in parts from the ModDB file section.
You can find the FAQ section in the RTTN summary.
Unpack and start Stalker-RTTN.exe, that's it!
Do not place RTTN in another stalker installation, it is "standalone".

- Reordered patch log entries file to show new changes on top.
- Fixed health / stamina and weapon UI disappearing when the PDA opened and kept open after using an item animation from the inventory. For this fix input had to be disabled again during item animations.
- Fixed an issue with the item dismantling system which caused UI issues and crashes without a trace in the logs.
- Added null check on bad weather script, should fix a crash related to lightning.
- Updated several weapon meshes (m1903_hud).
- Updated several weapon anims (kar99_kurz_hud).
- Updated ENG translation for spare parts.
- Added spare part usage animations.
- Added spare parts to the [repair_mod_tools] of itms_manager, making them usable independently of other repair tools.
- Moved spare part items from item_trash to item_repair file.

torrent is the best option right now, there are so many downloads that the google drive link blocks for most people. I didn't host it on moddb because of the 8gb file limit

You did not answer the question. I too am struggling to download this. The instruction says to "download torrent, unpack zip and start Stalker-RTTN.exe," but nothing happens when I extract the file. Is there another download I am missing?
The torrent is used in software like Vuze to download the full RTTN zip. The other link is google drive which is also the full zip
How large is the file? You could split it in two, or we could upload it for you as one big file?
Can I make a request? Could someone make a small patch that disables the "pause" between eating/drinking/putting on a gas mask and other interactions? If it had an animation of arms or food or whatever, id be okay with it, but since its just your character staring at whatever, and controls are completely taken away from the player it honestly kills my immersion.
And I know this would be asking too much, but if someone could tell me or point me in the way of some way of modifying the world textures so its not misery-brown-grey that would be great. I prefer a vivid lively dangerous zone.

this zip contains a torrent file which can be opened with Vuze, downloading the full game. torrents are good for people with a slow or bad internet connection. in the mod description you can also find a link to google drive which is the alternative full 15gb zip file.

i have error 0xc000007b, i have visual c++ 2017,2015,2013 x86/x64 and call of chernobyl & dead air works perfectly. How can i fix this ?

The localisation setting is set to english by default. Other languages are not supported. The files containing the english text for the items are present, so I think only edited files can cause your problem.

Both the Hexagonal Wood Stove and the Multi-Fuel Stove are "consumed" after a single use. They're supposed to be infinitely reusable - they're pointless in their current state. Is this a RTTN bug, or a CoM issue in general?
Also, will any extractors work on the database files for this mod? I wanted to adjust some values and prices on certain repair items, some of them don't make sense.
Those are placed on the ground while cooking, replacing the (black fade out ) from CoM, like you are actually cooking on the stove. don't forget to pick it up after cooking. Only the field cooking kits have a chance to break on use

EDIT: Wait, I take it back. Neither Stove appears on the ground upon use.
EDIT 2: Wait again, your response made me think. I had Item Animations turned off. I turned them back on and tried again, and it works. So turning off Item Animations breaks the stoves and goodness knows what else. I'm leaving Item Animations on for now to try and see if that had broken the item message when you dig up a ground stash.
Also, don't attempt to use the stove near other Stalkers. They can walk over and pick it up while you're stuck in the animation.
Confirmed: Stash Dig notification works with Item Animations on, and not with them off.

Hi. I was reading the descripition of the detectors. They have more them one "mode"? I tried every button and nothing.
the detectors work when pressing O (standard button for detectors put in slot), I'll check the descriptions
I know about the standart "O". The thing is, the description says that the detectors have a artifact mode, and a anomaly mode wen "opened". So i thought that must be a new thing introduced by the mod.
Hey! the game doesn't let me progress past the point where i need to push in the 1243 code into lab x-18 with the squad. I checked the body before aswell to get the code but it just gives me "Code Needed" message.
You need to move there with the squad, then check the body and then enter the code. If you died in between and only entered the code for example it will not work.

Hi, you only need to install CoP once so the game key registers on your pc. RTTN should never be installed on top of anothe rstalker game. All the files in the RTTN zip + patches are all you need
Same problem here. Win 10 x64. I have CoP in steam. CoP have reg-key in registry, but RTTN cant find IT! any answer?
Help, when I zoom without scope (ex. pistol or shotgun) fov moves away.
