- Removed Many Unnecessary Files that made the mod much larger than it needed to be.
- Removed Pathfinding Settings that were done in previous versions. (Changes were unnoticeable and unnecessary)
- Power Plant Power Production levels modified for all factions.
- This change was to restore the ratios between the factions Power Rates,
- while keeping the "Less Power, More Base" stance.

- Power Plant Production Increased to 200 from 175. (Original: 100)
- Decreased the Minimum Attack Range of Aircraft Carriers from 200 to 50.
- Reduced the Maximum Attack Range of Aircraft Carrier from 950 to 875.
- Increased the Aircraft Carrier's Drone Reload Time by 2.5s.
- Reduced the Damage Done by Hydrofoil's PhalanxGun(AntiAir Gun) to 14.5 from 17.0
- Bribe now hits Submerged units.
- Tanya Voice Changed to fully reflect previous voice change from RA3 Tanya to RA2 Tanya.

- Power Plant Production Increased to 200 from 150. (Original: 100)
- Increased the Maximum Attack Range of Shogun BattleShip from 750 to 850.
- Increased the Tsunami Tank's Energized Armor bonus by 10%

- Power Plant Production Increased to 150 from 100. (Original: 100)
- Super Reactor Production Increased to 1000 from 750. (Original: 500)
- Dreadnought AttackRange Increased to 950 from 750.
- Dreadnought Scatter Radius Decreased to 5 from 30. (Dreadnought is now more accurate).
- StingRay Damage increased to 45 from 40.

retry to download, its not the file's fault, sometimes a computer doesn't like to download things very fast or download at all
the other downloads work with winzip but just not this one

Extract the .rar file using win-rar or 7zip.
Copy Folder to /My Documents/Red Alert 3/Mods
The Mods Directory may not exists so you might have to create it.
If you have any other questions ask google.
its me, the guy that asked how to install this...i created a Mods folder in Red Alert 3(in the My Documents) and i loaded one of my save games and i didnt see any new units? please help me how to install this so that i wont have to download Uprising :(
Right click on your shortcut and add a line called "-ui" (without the quotations.) Oh, and be sure to put a space first at the end right after the ".exe"

Saved Games that weren't started on the mod most likely won't work with the mod. Not 100% on this but I doubt it.
