Ranged combat system patch file

This patch contains some combat system update for ranged weapons like Bows,Crossbows and Throwing weapons. The damage is increased, the arrows are decreased, the accuracy is decreased and the shot speed is slower than in native. This options makes the battle system much more realistic and balanced
