RGO changed for spain, Netherlands and turkey
changed it so you dont need to wait for jingoism to add war goals
added one more new culture to southern spain Andalusian (so the UK can get it accepted)
added requesting and giving grants to players can give each other money
Nations that can get more accepted cultures are
Portugal - Brazilian cored and accepted
Dutch - Javan accepted and cored (i dint want this the server voted on it)
UK- Andalusian cored and accepted
Mexico - can get Texan, Dixie and central american accepted
Brazil - can get Portuguese cored and accepted and can get a port in Africa
Greece - can get Bulgarian and Albanian accepted
