Outskirts Hotfix (OUTDATED) file

Hotfix: Fire department chief's key now stays in the player's inventory instead of being eaten by the armory safe. This fix will be included in the next translation patch.

Installation: paste gamedata to your root folder and overwrite files if Windows asks you.
