you need to Extract the .RAR file with Winrar.
Then Open the .UMOD file and unpack the contents, I recommend uModTool(google it).

place the contents of the UMOD file into your UT directory.

Play The Game! (make sure you have your mutators configured properly)

remember google is your friend :)

i know i look stupid posting this but i have been having trouble using and running the umod i am unfamiliar with the umod so can some one please tell me how to use it and run it cause each time i try to run it wont open or something. please help

Having dug into it, it seems like "OldSkool Amp'd (Registry Only)" and "OldSkool Amp'd Full 2.30 (UMOD)" are the full 2.39 versions.

This is the full 2.39 version, and to open a UMOD if you can't do it normally is to downlaod a small program called UMOD extractor. It's a godsend, in a way i prefer it over the original installer since it extracts slightly faster and is portable by default c:

This is actually the no UMOD version.
edit: nvm There are multiple files inside, including the .umod.
