Nevada Skies URWLified is Nevada Skies 0-6-3 that has been URWLified (like URWLNV v5.3). Since then it has evolved a lot, so by now it is much better then URWLNV and the scripting is more reliable then Nevada Skies.Read the entire description for more information.
URWLified is the Nevada Skies from which all the weather schemes are made to look and feel like URWLNV. If you don't know what URWLNV is i can tell you that it is a mod which attempts to make lighting realistic. So all his weather variations (those are quite a lot, 55 to be precise) have been URWLified.
Also the sunset, sunrise, night, and ofcourse daytime and high noon settings have been edited thouroughly.I also redid most of the clouds to give them that realistic look and for the clear weathers a higher resolution.I also changed the gamesetting fDOFDistanceMult to 1.8 instead of 5 which in turn significantly ups performance of sandstorms.Gave the DOF in the sandstorm a range from 50 to 1000 which results in sharp hands and half way your gun it starts to get blurry.
Those settings also make sure that the DOF effect does not need to get applied further in the distance (not beyond 1000 game units)which also ups performance, and you cant see that by the way cause the storm obscures the view anyway.I did keep the Nevada Skies feel and in the process tried to made everything as realistic as possible.I've thouroughly tested it and it works like a charm, all the menus work like clockwork.
How to install
Double-click the Fomod after you unzipped the rar file.Ofcourse you have to have FOMM installed otherwise nothing will happen on clicking a Fomod file.Make sure FOMM is not running when you Double-click the Fomod. Then select it and click activate.
What do you need ?
Nothing more then this pack if you use URWLified, i packed it all up in one neat Fomod.DLC plugins are all in the mod. As of the latest version Fellout is not compatible at all anymore, so don't use it together, if you do, don't go complaining on the Nevada Skies thread cause it pretty straightforward what's just been told. The latest version is also no longer Compatible with Ambient Temperature. The weather follows you on fast travel in the latest version just like with Ambient Temperature.I've also redone the weather climate so you have faster rotating weather so it's more or less obsolete anyway. There is a night/interior brightness adjuster integrated in the mod.

Have fun and do not forget to give Yossarian kudos and your endorsement on the nexus !
This mod was originally his mod, not much is left of the original esp, but still it would not exist without him.

I also suggest you alter the lightfade and specular settings for maximum lighting results in the new vegas area by editing falloutprefs.ini, fallout.ini in the my documents/my games directory and fallout_default.ini in the install directory.with the settings below. it will spruce up the entire game by the way. Keep in mind that they go into the display section as shown.

Thank you for your mod. It works fine for me.
Marcurios ! I'm a big fan. Lol. I loved URWL for NV. And you're doing well with Nskies URWLified. Thanks for making such a great lighting mod. Can't tell you how many ENB Series presets I scrounged through, before I came upon your mod(s). And, can I ask ? Do you plan to update URWL for Skyrim, at all ? :)
Wanted to say, first off, how much I really appreciate your work. Big fan. I'm commenting because I'm experiencing an odd graphical glitch at certain times of the day (Usually around 8AM), wherein the clouds form a series of polygonal crosses in the sky that divide it into several small circles.
This usually fades away within a few moments, but I'm curious as to what might be causing it, as I am running no other mods that would modify the sky and have installed the package as instructed (and deactivated and reactivated it numerous times to test). Any help is appreciated, and thanks again for all your hard work.
I cannot directly include a URL due to new membership, but if you could go to tinypic.com and add the following extension, there is a screencap of what I mean. /view.php?pic=16ar7tv&s=5
Great mod. I really appreciate the hard work you put into this. It looks great, and with your tweaks in the read-me it looks even better, with no performance drops that I've noticed yet. Thanks again!!
This is such a great mod i bow my head to you sir
Thanks for all your work. Even after all the hopping from one colour/weather changing mod to the other, I keep coming back to yours.
Thanks a lot for such a great mod, Marcurios.
I love mods that work fluently, as they are supposed to be, just right out of the box, without the need of patches, updates, blah, blah, blah...
N.S. URWLified is what i would describe as absolutely professional.
Wish i 'd find it at Nexus 's top files but the creator's will is totally respected.
And freaking performance friendly!
Personally i prefer N.S. URWLified much more than any other oversaturated Nevada Skies version, makes my game realistic, not a kindergarten.
Last thing, Silent Hell, my favorite mood, seems not to follow the lighting changes of the day. (Am i 'm doing something wrong ?). This mood is so awesome it could be a complete separate chapter just by itself.
