*IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS*: NEOTOKYO runs on hl2mp/ep1, you need to download it from HLDS, and then put NEOTOKYO in the folder with hl2mp.

whenever i go to launch the game it says engine error....whats up with that?
It's because this isn't the game, this is the server. The client to play the game is coming today 3rd of July.
It's a server build only, meaning it only for hosting a game server.

so, how do I make a server, and can i play on it? (no flamewar please, i've only ever used the dedicated server things on steam and i can't play on them)
