They are in Draugrak's build as stated in the readme.txt file
But there you go:

Hitmarkers: Mega.nz

Keep weapons: Mega.nz

Just use this standalone version I made. Extract, double click Neon Arena.exe and you are ready to go: Mega.nz

ok its pretty fun but gets pretty lagy after a while and it could even become unplayable you can probably fix this by limiting the
maximum amount of enemies that can spawn

Sorry but I won't do that. The map has the amount of monsters I wanted it to have, also it works fine on my computer and everyone who tested it. If you have the oportunity try it on a friend's computer you know it is better than yours. You'll see it has the perfect amount of monsters ;)

Yeah I think it's a problem with my pc but in either way it's still very fun and I love it

Will there be a BD version?

I've been testing this mod with BD and there is a problem: BD uses the default original doom movement which means you don't have any air control after hitting a thruster and therefore you will go very easily out of the arena which is not fun at all. So unfortunately it probably won't be a version of this for BD. If anybody decides to implement in BD the PB air movement mechanics I'll take that in consideration and also might do a version for BD.
