Napoleon's Legacy Remake 2.6 file

I've been a bit absent. Mostly because I've lost my passion for this franchise. An update may or may not come (it probably won't). If anyone wants to develop this mod, write to me on Discord and I can give you repository perms on GitHub. Or you can just make your own fork. What does this final(?) update change? Not much. Fixed the Spanish Commonwealth formation, added something called the Imperial British Federation and consolidated Brazil and Portugal into Portugal-Brazil. see ya
