- Serfs now immediately promote when target nation doesn't have serfdom

- Siberia is now colonial at the start

- Nebraska is now colonial at the start

- USA literacy fixed

- Manifest destiny now gives USA cores on new Mexico land

- CSA now gets a core on Delaware when the civil war fires

- Now when the UK takes more of the west, the land is givin to RPL or Hudsons Bay Company

- Now when the UK takes New England, the land is automatically given to Canada
