A tool for managing keyboard layouts and key-bindings in Mass Effect 3.
WHAT IS "MOAM Keybinds Manager"?
# A standalone addition which is compatible with any mods. (only F12 key in coalesced.bin is reserved.)
# It is an extension/add-on to your key bindings (from in-game options).
# It is a structured list of executable text-files containing functions assigned to buttons. (you choose buttons yourself)
Note: To enhance the visibility inside text-files, I advise to turn off "View -> Word Wrap" in Windows Notepad. However, "Notepad++" has better font - I recommend using that program.
WHY IS IT AWESOME?
# It brings keyboard personalization for ME3 to new level.
# You can fine-tune your keyboard layout to suit specific needs by changing just a few characters in a text-file.
# It unlocks TONS of additional functions and brings game-play to new level.
# It eases and speeds up testing/modding.
# You can switch between keyboard layouts during game-play in a matter of seconds.
# You can share your layouts with other people.
# It is a standalone addition which is compatible with any mods. (only F12 key in coalesced.bin is reserved.)
v2 - updated PresetTEMPLATE.txt with missions. Some spelling corrections.
Forgot to mention that most heavy weapons will not work, unless you have "chemieali coalesced mod v1.5", or "Mother of All Mods".

Thread shows how to use MOAM Keybinds manager to make a custom class for your Sheprd. (custom powers combination, new class name, description (and possibly custom Surname, notoriety and birth place))
v03 is out. Added features for DLC Citadel. Also, installation is a bit easier.
There has been a little issue with installer. It extracted to a wrong folder. fixed.
Hi there, im a total noob with these kind of things so i was wondering how to use this to enable the console commands in ME3 so i can the amouth of credits/paragon/renegade points to the value i want. Just need these.
The shortest advice i can give to u is to read what installer says and later the readme files. Many detailed instructions in there. I know this tool is a bit complex, but you have full control over the features.
Hi. My antivirus program says that the file is infected by Suspicious.Cloud.9 virus.
I hope that you will fix it...

It must be false positive. Tested with many scanners and it turned out clean. Link to one of online scanners:
