- Shootdodging is now slower, but consumes 25% bullet time instead of 10%.
- Projectile travel speed has been increased to 400 from 50.
- Weapons have recieved major changes to their spread values; weapons should be more accurate across the board, with some other balance changes also present.
- All difficulties are unlocked from the beginning with the exception of New York Minute.
- Adaptive difficulty has been removed, and difficulties have been tweaked.
- Painkillers now heal 50% health on "Fugitive", 25% on "Hard-Boiled" and 15% on "Dead On Arrival" and their respective regeneration speed/initial health gained values have been tweaked.
- Bullet Time can now regenerate passively over the course of 90 seconds.
- Bullet Time now lasts 10 seconds instead of 15.

Really nice mod.
It would be nice to add a feature that lets you cancel shoot dodge as it's too slow and wasteful at times when you finish shooting at one or two guys.
Shotgun is too OP, though damage is really nice. A workaround might be to make shotgun shells more scarce.
I can say that that this mod makes the game significantly easier, and I play on Dead on Arrival difficulty. Compared to vanilla, I use less painkillers because of the slower bullet time and OP shotgun which I always use now.
The quick saves are also now unlimited on Dead on Arrival which also makes it easier too, I guess. Though I wouldn't mind this change if the mod were made harder somehow, as I know this is the mod's goal.

I don't know. This mod is pretty recent so I'm hopeful that it'll get an update. But modded or not, this is a really great game.
Pros:
*Damage.
Shotguns should be Overpowered on any difficult It's Buckshot not Birdshot also it's a Singleplayer game not a Multiplayer. @Tableshirt
*Accuracy.
I like the accuracy especially on the Shotgun.
Chokes do tighten the shotgun pattern increasing accuracy for mid range.
*Projectile Speed.
A must have.
Cons:
*BULLET-TIME.
Very Slow Bullet Time Movement, Fast Drain speed, Slow Regen speed.
Makes Bullet-Time pointless to use also it causes movement issues.
*No Dual Sawed-off Shotguns.
This would be fun to use and quite lethal but the reload speed should be longer for Dual Sawed-off Shotguns leaving you vulnerable during the full 4 barrel reload unless you reload inbetween shots which is 2 barrels rather than 4 barrels.
*Player Grenade Blast Radius. This needs to be updated so that the Player Grenades have a bigger blast radius just like the NPCs Grenades. Fatality radius of 5 meters(16 ft). Grenades should also instant kill Bosses.
*Boss Health
Needs to be lowered for Realism.
