After testing the mod several times and running into many problems I have finally gotten the mod to work fine. All you people who have been waiting for this, well, here it is KOG's Law 2.0

Increased the Cease fire time from Kog's Law, v1.2a from 30 to 40 seconds, I felt this was necessary for balancing reasons.Added in the rest of the planets for the DLC: Forbidden WorldsIncreased Planet Tactical and Logistical modules slightly.Increased mac number of star bases to 2Increased the Metal and Crystal asteroids a bit
Decreased the amount of pirates for the first for levels but the fifth level, you better have some good defenses.

I will update the mod frequently for there are still many changes that can be done.
i played 1.4 and pirates are a great danger.. so i builded tec loyalist titan and starbase for the first wave and had a titan lvl 6 after 10 minutes gameplay and only one capitalship 4 increasing his range.. love the mod love the changes i love how you gave us fans a better game for free.. hope you keep up the good work and we stay on friendly.. (finish the sentence :D ) im very thankfully for your work.. (i know my english is ******** but im a german so, dont judge me) thanks a lot ;)
me again i have played 5 hours now and i was wondering if every faction can now have 2 starbases.. are the tec loyalist´s allowed to have 3? i mean with their skill in defense..
and if not could you change it. i mean its the only faction which really wants to defend and if they are only allowed to defend like everybody else its a bit.. unfair? :D
oh and why have you enabled light carriers since version 1.4a? the entire endgame is laggy if 60 capital ships and 4 titans wit habout 300 strikecraft are fighting you know :D i tryed to mix this mod with an no light carrier mod but the only thing i got was game crashes as soon as somebody build a light carrier so.. i would be really glad to get some information about that soon :) still awesome work you made.
You need to download 2.1 it should have any problems you have fixed. By the sounds of it we can not tell which version of the mod you are playing. So please inform us which mod you are playing and we will be able to better help you.
