Large update to the battle side of the mod

-Not quite done balancing becuase I had a bug that took a couple months to fix but I am nearing completion of battle mode and I need feedback, please let me know if you think there are any historical errors or unbalanced units
-Portugal and the Gonds, Bodyguards, and Heavy Units still need quite a bit of work
-Still haven't updated the campaign yet from the pre-crash version so it's moslty the same as the last release but I will in the near future
-Credits to broken crescent, stainless steel, shoading, tsardoms, full list coming soon

Great job on this mod so far!
Because some factions currently speak various accents they shouldn't like Scottish, French, English, etc., I went to change them all (except Portugal) to Arabic. I went to the descr_sounds_accents.txt, but I didn't change anything because the accent lines are all messed up. Instead of the like ten or so different lines of vanilla accents, there are only three: Mediterranean, Arabic, and Indian. Idk why every other accent is missing and the not-vanilla Indian accent is there, but there are more than three accents in the mod at the moment so idk how your version of accents works. How do I switch accents to Arabic? It's weird to play in India and hear French, Russian, Scottish, etc.
