Another quickfix, a not so serious leftover from a test with assimilation in the new world. This should be the last hotfix for this version. Hopefully. Changelog in the full description.

-In order to avoid potential issues when checking religion, all countries have a flag to discriminate their religion. Adapted events/decisions that checked for religion to use the new system.
-Changes to genocide: Made pops prefer external emigration during genocide. Made so that any factor that might hamper a pop leaving a country will be null during a genocide. Primary/accepted-culture pops will lose a huge chunk of militancy during a genocide as long as at 70% of the pop is of the same ideology of the ruling party or a smaller chunk scaled to the proportion of the pop that is the same as the ruling party. Made so militancy/CON is given/reduced more reasonably depending on the party controlling the UH. The focus on killings will make closed borders operate at minimum efficiency during genocides.
-Fixed assimilation in the new world being too slow due to an old leftover modifier.
-Restored vanilla values for literacy's influence on craftsmen promotion.
gave you a response regarding the aromanian culture, you should check it out. It is unfortunate to see that my own culture isn't regarded as such.

Are you planning to remove Native American Minor and Asian Minor as well? I think adding the Ute in Utah might be a good idea. Also, will you bring back the Sioux and Cherokee nation tags?
This is the best mod for Victoria, can't play without it :D
This mod is awesome and historical more accurate then Vannila.
But I think you should fix some things I know my self about the balkan population.
-The Greeks were the major population in the following places:
-Trabezond
-Galipoli
-Kirkareli
-Giresun
And their minority was much larger in:
-Istanbul
-Izmir
-Edirne
I suggest you use the pops of Blood and Iron for the Balkans to fix also the
-Armonanian minorities in Northwest Greece
-Albanian minorities in:
-Athens
-Amfissa
-Khalkis
-Cyclades
-The peloponese
You could add the Albanians in Southern Greece as a new culture as Arvanite
Like North and South german you have Albanian and Arvanite.
It is in fact also accurate.
And Rename decisions for provinces when they get under Greek control.
par example Dedeagatch to Alexandroupoli and Xanthe to Xanthi and Janina to Joanina.
