A full release of HanPatch version 31.3 for Rise of the Reds.
A readme file is included, listing changes for each major version and its hotfixes, and the overall changes.
How to install:
1) Extract the !!!!!!!Hanpatch v31.3.big file into a clean install of Rise of the Reds 1.87 Public Build 2.0.
2) Optionally, remove !!Rotr_Intrnl_INI.gib file so as to guarantee no compatibility issues. This shouldn't be necessary, but some people reported issues.
3) Play the game!
It is recommended to report all feedback and bugs in the community Discord's #hanpatch channel.
The patch comes bundled with an expanded version of Controlbar Pro. Gentool is required to remove the black border on the bottom of the screen.
The following d3d8.cfg will make sure Gentool does not try to download extra maps or fixes:

Sorry to bother, is there any way to not use Controlbar Pro? I really can't find a way to remove the black border on the bottom of the screen using gentool
ECA's Airlift Elite Special Forces is an impressive design, it's awesome!
Gentool 8.6+ should remove the black border. This is a temporary measure to get 18 buttons, which will hopefully be addressed in a future release.
I like the mod, but the ai is too aggressive personally i like the og 1.87 ai the difficulty is about right imo, but i feel like complete overwhelm by the ai now. Even with "max money" people still struggle vs ai due to how ai nature and unlimited resource on our end.
The AI is being reworked for 1.9, and it will be used as a base for future HP versions.
And ai creates a lot of units,which makes my game quite laggy.

Be great to have an installer - I know it's lazy but it looks so polished with one! Ta for excellent mod addon!
There is really no need an installer for a single file, though. Genlauncher provides an installer functionality, alongside ability to toggle the addon on and off.
Yes an .exe installer always keeps things nice and smooth and official in a mod sense!
I have an issue with the a.i not attacking on RANK maps - will they be added for casual a.i play as they're excellent!
RANKed maps are designed for ZH PVP, and may be downloaded automatically by Gentool. Introducing AI compatibility requires editing every single map, which should be the prerogative of the map makers.

This seems to be unfortunately incompatible with the Rise of Japan 1.0 mod.
I have ROTR version 1.86. Would I be able to install the mod anyway or is 1.87 PB2 required?

Ai is crazy and need to return to the original rote ai and units are awesome but Russia need to remove tople m launcher and add eskander it must have the same reange of American tomahawk and claymor hwitzer also smerch must be usable than now it cant hold guard lower the reange to add it can hold guard
