This version must be released in 2016 but Necron update for DoW2:R ruined. Sorry, I can't fix last stand but main battle worked.

weapon imbalance
The Tau take out both equipment and infantry easily
the space marine fires rockets like grenades, and the plasma guns of the tactical units do not bother anyone much
Dude you most likely got a few trojan on your computer I would saved essential stuff and re-install windows on your computer.
Do not download there are three trojans in the data payload. :( I am as sad as you are.
