Description

This mod aims to recreate the world of the undead as envisioned by the father of zombie movies, George Romero. The Romero zombies are the classic slow shambling zombies who only want to eat your flesh. They are very persistent and the only way to kill them is by destroying the brain or causing severe damage to the head. The living dead series by George Romero is known for the atmosphere of dread, where even though zombies are slow and weak, they eventually catch up to the humans who end up going against each other due to their personal desires. Modern Fast Zombies have also been added as another choice for gamers to use. I believe that giving gamers the ability to choose how they want to experience a game is the best way to make them happy.

Hey bro, sorry for the double comment but I am having a problem. My game crashes when I try to start it with more than 1 modification. Is this how its supposed to be? Because its kinda strange you know - I am trying to use different options that are NOT interfering with each other but the game still crashes. I never used this mod before because I wanted for Breakdown to try it out. I tried to use slow zombies + no car damage + no special special + more outposts, and as you can see they are from different categories and they have separate files for each other so there's no overwriting but the game crashes. Is this how it is supposed to be?

I secured the problem! Its something with the 30BD-NoSpecialZombiesExtraAmmo.zip option! The NoSpecialZombies without the extra ammo option is fine ;) I am sure you will fix it now after you know wheres the faulty item :)

Btw even with the NoSpecialZombies option, I am seeing screamers and other SZ walking around when I am driving through the world.

Ok i know what the problem is,once you enable Black Fever all the heroes look the same,might wanna look into that.

T15 Breakdown Update 1 should be available in a little while, be sure to grab that :)

Fixes:
- Breakdown DLC Extra Ammo features fixed.
- Breakdown Black Fever and Sick World features fixed.
- Updated slow zombie animation for the main story part of the game.

New:
- Breakdown DLC is now supported with almost every feature of the George Romero mod.
- "Even More Zombies Extreme" feature for the Breakdown DLC.

Great job on the mod I love it! I was wondering if you could make something either you get more for the stuff you bring in (as in food, materials, ammo, etc...) or just a way to start off with more of those things? If not no biggie, I just thought that would be a cool option to have :) anyways keep up the awesome work!

hey love the work you've done on this man, its crazy, breakdown was out 3 days before this mod, i'm very grateful/impressed and happy ! lol
Noticed a couple things, i'm using a bunch of your mods, and your mods only, and i've noticed that people now when i rescue them or bring them back to the farmhouse they then stand outside of the veichle that brought them there but don't actually move, i then have to 'push' them until they get close enough to the circle to count as a complete on the mission whatyever it is ( be it a hero you found, or a new group of survivors that you are adding to your party.) Has anyone else had this issue ?
the combination of mods i'm using is :
01bD Slow Zombies, 04bd Disableveichlecollisiondamaege, 14bd fulchivision, 15bd durablefreeweaponsall, 17bd freefastservice, 18bd easyskills, 19bd morerewards 29bd nospecialzombies. I'm also noticeing that special zombies do occur, not as frequently as they used to but can find them randomly, influence weirds around ( completeing missions will remove influence and fame ) but the real issue im having is with survivors not being at a location that the mission says they are ( but doesn't complete by saying they died or uupdate location, just say's they are there and then arent ) or when you get them back to home they get out of car and then don't move again, i found that ( and it takes a bit of time ) you can push them into the base and have it complete, but its really annoying an takes like 5-10 mins...lol
do you know which mods i would disable to reduce those issues ? GREAT Mod though, can't wait to see what you do with this game, been following with the slow zombies mod since the first week i got this game ( launch week on pc ) Thank you so much ! lol

As for survivors who don't move after getting out of a car, this has happened to me as well in the default/vanilla game without mods. I think it's one of those actual game bugs that some people get randomly.

Don't worry about the influence showing a negative amount as a reward. It actually adds up, I guess the game just can't display the right amount you earned correctly.

Be sure to grab the latest version, T15 Update 1 for some fixes. The special zombies that show up happen when there's a mission involving them (that's why screamers can be seen regularly because they're forced to appear by infestations). I've already disabled them in every file that I could find referencing them, but the game just forces some of them to appear.

oh yeah for sure i can't wait for update 1 ! lol been looking forward to it since you mentioned that it was comming.. lol can't believe, cause like i said and you know breakdown has been out for 3 days ! lol
is update 1 out ? Yeah i know for infestations to expect screamers, but just the biguns wandering around the fields.. justusing the savini residence i think it is ( in the middle of the map farmhouse ) gonna move to one of the more suitable places asap, hopefully people won't tard out cause pushing them into the base takes a long time lol ..
another question was with the rambo mod you can hold a tonne of ammo, but does it make a tonne of ammmo appear in the cache ? or is it upto us to find it ? ( wondering if there was a mod that placed a tonne of weapons / ammo into the locker, or changed the amount of resources gained from outposts/ rucksacks

well dunno if it was the update or what but the no special zombies thing has been noticably more effective, and the people no longer just stand on the side of the car and have to be pushed in, but that might have been a game glitch.. either way awesome work man ! thanks a lot =)
