New helmets and some minor changes, savegame compatible (will replace your edited troops)

changed some troop equipment (mostly hatamoto units for better color uniformity)
added new troop upgrade path for player's custom tree for easier use
some retextures
added new LODs
Also forgot to write on the readme, fixed mori units that spawns with nanban plated boots, and samurai spawning with jingasa.
However, several items are changed. So if you or companions have certain items like loose jingasa, it will become a placeholder, just sell it and get another one.

nope, that is not possible because i dont have the source.
Did you change the mounted archery AI? the cavalry is forced to switch to melee weapons at a distance of 20 meters, and will not listen to orders for change weapons
i didn't, but its possible that the original author of gekokujo or daimyo edition changed it

I figured out why the gun had no sound in the long distance.
The author gave the gun 20 sounds!That's not how the game works, and that will result in no sound at all
Repair methods:
1.change sounds.txt
snd_gekokujo_shot 4000 1 241 0
2.change in Gekokujo - Daimyo Edition Reimagined\Sounds
Rename of gekokujo_gun_3.wav to replace stw2_hyb_weapon_arquebus_fire_01_v1.00_gme.wav

I've noticed that sometimes my equipment disappears in my inventory if it is not equipped. Is there a way to fix this?
