Europa Modernis: Turn of the Century v1.0 file

This is the release version. This version is NOT considered "finished". It's simply considered "out of alpha", and since I am working on multiple other projects I decided to let this release be public in case this mod isn't touched for a while. It seems to play somewhat acceptably, but there is some sort of crash after a couple of years caused by something. If you want to play seriously in this version, make sure you save often to avoid the crash

1/20/24 hotfix: Made observer mode truly immune to random events AND fixed a bug that would allow rebels to continuously spawn in certain situations and cause the game to lag to a halt

1/21/24 update: Changed the scripting logic to be MUCH more optimized, added a couple of feature updates and bugfixes. Game "may" crash more often than before, however, due to optimization work - more work is necessary to see whether or not this is the case
