This version adds a host of improvements including Balkan starting diplomacy, subject interactions, and the most noticeable Asian change: The possibility to restore any of the Korean Three Kingdoms. At the start date of the game the Joseon are young, the Goryeo legacy is being trampled, and this new tradition could easily be broken again. FUTURE STUFF (if ever):
- Add a new parallel "last reform" to Tribal (Steppe Nomad style) states, with much bonuses, and allowing them to still be Tribal forever and ever.
- Plague depopulation disaster for new world natives (timed effect, requires contact).
Other:
- Panslavism "cultural union" decision for Slavic nations.
ny- New "Russian Empire" nation option with Romanov imperial flag colors.
- Burgundy color change to not look like new England/Great Britain.
- Hungary color change to be different from Russia.
- Change type of nobel rebels crown icon/flag (current one is a king crown instead of a noble one)
- Northern technology, level 2, but with stronger low-tech unit types than europeans (Ireland, Scotland, etc.)
- "High American Ascension" harder but less expensive by default.
- High American unit rebalance with more intermediate types (semi-nerf to the "plateau")
- Other, but harder/rarer ways to get High American (events, vision quest, religious reforms)
- Japanese pro-Mandate mechanics in case they want to become Emperor of China.
- Add Ainu ability to re-form Jomon while conquering Japan and/or getting high ADM tech.
