I believe that error means there is not enough memory on your video card, try lowering the settings down to high if you are using ultra.

in the config you'll need to turn use precompressed textures back on
image_usePrecompressedTextures "1"

This looks like an awesome mod, though I seem to be having a strange issue trying to get it to look right. So I put the files in the doom 3 directory and loaded it up to find that all the updated models seem to be working just fine, as well as the zombies and z secs being updated with the different character models. But for some reason the textures seem really faded or stretched. For instance with the Cyberdemon, his model looks correct but his skin textures barely look any different then the vanilla textures. I have tried different settings in game, thinking it could be a texture scale thing or what not, plus I have tried putting the files in the base directory and even in my own mod folder, even going as far as to unpack the pk files themselves and put the actual dds, models, texture folders, ect into the base directory, but I still get the same faded out low def looking textures. I also downloaded the 2.0 patch as well, and that didn't seem to make any difference either.

This is the only graphics mod I have set up, so I can't imagine it conflicting with anything. Am I just being stupid and missing something obvious or is this just some issue unique to me? I have a pretty powerful PC, so it cant be my rig unless its some compatibility issues with a graphics driver or something strange like that. But the Redux mod never gave me any texture issues so I'm at a wall on this one. Any suggestions?

Hi

Just downloaded this mod,and it's brilliant. Thanks for all of your effort.

There is a couple of things i would like to see in the next update:-

Better textures for the lifts, the still see blurry.Maybe take textures from places in levels and build the lift textures like that?.

Hi res loading screen backdrops.
