this is something I'm really looking forward to, with New Vision and now that Deus Ex Shifter has compatibility with beta of HDTP, and the Revision team have given us compatibility for shifter.. it's going to be THE way to play Deus Ex.

I have to tell a few things about the current demo of revision.
In first I can say that the level design went better than some of the previous demos, although I miss the fact that some areas that shows some degree of opening isn't explorable, like the big meeting room at the unatco building for example. I do like the addition of the cutscene before jock's copter gets captured, it was better than we take the copter and then we are just there with no visual of what happened.
I didn't liked much the little barricade before reaching the NSF underground basement (the level before the airport) just after we disable either the lasers or the hot gases place, the barricade pretty much forces fighting like if they were expecting JC, but strangely no sign of his expectation in the later levels ...
I personally like the actual remake of liberty island there is a bit more snipers here and there, which makes the stealth a bit more challengeable than vanilla. there is also a good amount of freedom although I disliked the fact that the little post at UNATCO base stays closed later on. I think also there is a little problem in the stairs when you come from Manderley up to the section near the exit as miguel is unable to climb those stairs.
