Weapon balancing, titan balancing and station balancing.
Rebalanced the beam weapons to be on par with the vanilla weapons. Removed the Arcadia starbase ability to scramble bombers and improved its armor instead, along with changing the beam weapons. Modified the Titan research to be correctly priced. The Boanerges bomber has been added to the Hecate carrier instead of the Colossus.
