In this update the AI(France) will hopefully put less of its armies on colonies. This update also removes most of the spammy events in the game. Last but not least, the update also fixes problems with the last update, the most notable being that infamy now really does decay faster.

Update 1:
- Fixed Infamy decay, now it really does decay faster.
- The mod now comes with vanilla map graphics.
- When the "Territorial Gain" event appears, the AI will always choose to return territories. This is to keep the German Confederation from annexing Galicia, and other weird things.
- Russia is once again railroaded from researching the education boosting techs.
- Lowered supply limit at overseas provinces, to try to keep the AI(Khm... France) from stationing most of their troops in the end of the world. (Needs testing.)
- Set the base will_rise factor of most rebel types to 0.5. (Exceptions include unciv reactionary rebels and anarcho-liberals.)
- Literacy is no longer taken into account regarding pop demotion.
- National Value no longer effects pop political leaning.
- Lower and middle class pops need a minimum literacy of 45% to be drawn to fascist ideology in most cases.
- Upper class pops will lean less towards fascism in general.
- Removed all workplace events except the Blood and Iron Mine event.
- Removed all generic political events.
- Removed the generic crime events.
- Removed generic assimilation/immigration related events.
