Thanks for the update. Have a couple of questions though if you wouldn't mind helping me out here.
First of all, how do I change things so that parties with an interventionist economic policy allow me to prioritize factories, like in vanilla? I tried changing a line in issues.txt reading "factory_priority" from "no" to "yes" under interventionism, and while that allowed me to change priorities (the priority thing was no longer greyed out) the ai would then change it back to whatever it wanted the very next day.
Another thing I was wondering about was which .txt file in the decisions folder holds the stuff pertaining to the various "treaty" decisions in the game, like the Chinese trade port stuff, and the treaty of Hanoi? I'd like to take a look at them all.

I just realized that "claim greater mongolia" decision gives you turkic as accepted culture
I don't think its very accurate, as mongolian view of turks is not that of brotherly view
after all the population of bayan olgii is viewed with great distaste, not to mention the genetic studies proving that turks are their own race while mongols are part of the east asian race
of course I can easily edit it out but you know
i could say it's because of kazakhs in mongolia, that it's because turks cooperated a lot with them and etc
but the real reason is so they're stronger and have an actual reason to blob into the steppes
