Where do you place it once downloaded?
download skin selector and put it in skin.img
so if we download the folder of skin so do we have to put the txd and dff files in that folder ?!!!!!!!!!!

hey can any one upload hulk CLEO file because the dff files are very hard
to convert them into img file
wheres the folder skin.img is it gta 3 image files or somewhere in data or models.if it is gta3 img file so the skins are not coming please guide me ................. I would be your thank full
