Restored FIRELAVA unused patch W73B_1 from Romero dump (Now FIRELAVA cycle is three framed instead of two)
Restored BLOOD and NUKAGE unused fourth frames from Romero dump.

Average changes to some maps
Map32 now has ghost monsters (archvile resurrects rocketguys and fastguys turning them into GHOSTS those can only be killed by a blast attack counting that an archvile can burn them up too).
Plutonia Teleportation Devices are no longer affected by foggy-boggy weather.
